Common questions
This is not a bailiff’s report. It is sealed technical evidence, with stated limits.
- Is this a bailiff’s report?
- No. VERIXIS issues sealed, timestamped technical evidence. A partnership with a ministerial officer may come later; it is not included today.
- Can I upload photos already taken?
- For a VERIXIS proof, you must shoot photo or video in the application. A file already on the phone — even timestamped — is not enough.
- How is this different from timestamping?
- We do not stop at a file date. We check that capture comes from the phone in the field, seal integrity, and refuse what is doubtful.
- What can I do on the web?
- Manage the library, compose and seal case files, verify a proof. Capture happens from the mobile app.
- Are my proofs confidential?
- Yes: encryption, restricted access, EU hosting. The verification page checks seal integrity without opening your media to everyone.
- What value in a dispute (eIDAS)?
- The sealed, timestamped proof aims to strengthen traceability under an eIDAS framing. It is not equivalent to an act by a ministerial officer.
- Where is data hosted?
- In the European Union. Processing follows GDPR (minimisation, retention by plan).
