Terms of sale

1. Scope

These Terms of sale apply to VERiXiS subscriptions offered by MODULO44. They supplement the Terms of use.

2. Plans

Plan features (sealed proof quotas, users, retention, API) are listed on the Pricing page. A proof counts when it is successfully sealed. A refusal does not consume quota. Attaching an existing proof to a dossier does not count it again.

Prices are shown in euros excluding tax unless stated otherwise. Rate card: see the Pricing page.

3. No free trial

There is no free trial period. Access to the service starts when you subscribe and pay for the chosen plan. No "trial without a credit card" offer is made.

4. Order and payment

Online subscription for Solo and Pro. Business and Enterprise: quote or assisted order. Payment by card via Stripe. Invoices are available in the customer area.

5. Renewal and termination

Subscription renews automatically according to the chosen period (monthly or annual), unless terminated before the due date in the customer area or via support. Notice: no separate notice period: termination takes effect at the end of the subscription period already committed.

After termination, your sealed dossiers remain exportable. The seal and timestamp remain verifiable independently of your subscription, within applicable retention limits.

6. Right of withdrawal

The service is a digital service whose performance begins when the account or trial is activated. Once it has started, no right of withdrawal applies. The service is aimed at professionals; the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

7. Service level

A service level agreement (SLA) may apply for Enterprise. Operational status is published at /en/statut.
